Vacation Bible School was July 13th-17th. The theme was "Rome: Paul and the Underground Church." Rivers had a wonderful time with her teachers Mrs. Ashley (Jackson) and Mrs. Betsy (Mitchell.) She loved going to the marketplace to make crafts and have snack and she loved music with Mrs. Pam (Phillips.) She enjoyed spending time with her friends every day, but by Wednesday, she started asking, "Are we going to Bible school
again?"

I walked by Mrs. Pam's room on Thursday, and the room was dark except for the light shining from little flashlights. The children were singing, "This little light of mine. I'm gonna let it shine." It touched my heart!
