We celebrated a wonderful Thanksgiving Day with both sides of our family. After watching some of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on television, we went to lunch with Daniel's family. Then, we drove to my grandparents' house to have dinner with my mom's side of the family and to spend the night with my Aunt Melissa and Uncle Ronald. We had a great visit with everyone!
Rivers celebrated Thanksgiving with a special Thanksgiving Feast at preschool on Tuesday. She was a pilgrim, as you can see, with a beautiful hat and collar while others were Native Americans. The teachers brought in traditional dishes for the children to try including turkey, green beans, corn, rolls, and pudding (so Rivers says.)
