Rivers is doing really well. She is resting comfortably with the help of Valium and Morphine and has asked repeatedly,"When can we get out of here?" Hopefully she will be feeling well enough Saturday for us to be able to return to the Devon Nicole house. For now, she's doing really well. She stayed awake long enough to watch two episodes of Blues Clues and to blow on her pinwheel a little bit to clear up the congestion in her chest. Her oxygen saturation has been better than after any of her other surgeries. We're praying for her to have a peaceful night's sleep, aided by pain medication of course, and then hopefully she will feel like eating in the morning.
